It was great to meet you all this week and talk about your children. The children are now experiencing all that the K2 curriculum has to offer including Maths. In K2 we aim to teach Maths through fun games and activities that keep both mind and body engaged. At the moment we are thinking about numbers and counting. The children have worked well independently and in pairs with resources to play games like; 'Race to Trace', 'Ladybird Bingo' and 'Domino Parking Lot'. The photos show great cooperation and concentration.
Your child should have three class reading books in their blue folder to read over the weekend. Please remind them to bring them back in on Monday so we can start the Reading Workshop routines.
