We put all our current animal knowledge to good use and were pretty good at working out what animal it was and where it lived.
After that we had the Grade 5 EXPO. The children were really eager to learn from the bigger kids. They enjoyed the games and all the ways the Grade 5s tried to make their EXPO accessible for younger children.
The next day we shared our final 'All About' books with our Grade 3 buddies. We taught them everything we knew.
And they taught us about poetry which is our next up and coming unit.
Thank you!
Thank you all for coming to the Swimming Morning of Sport. It was a delightful snapshot of the children's swimming lessons. Please click on swimming which is an album of the day. More (professional) photographs will be coming along. But I was quite pleased with some of the actions shots Miss Hong Eng in particular managed to snap!
Sungei Buloh
We will be having more outdoor adventures on Tuesday when we head out to Sungei Buloh wetlands. If you volunteered for the trip please be at the classroom for 8:00 am so we can go through the activities and be on time to leave at 8:30. Please remember for you and your children to wear long sleeved tops, trousers, socks and hats, as well as mosquito repellent, sunscreen and water.
